Shipping policy

Standard shipping is 3–5 business days and costs $9.50. It is free on orders over $150.00.

Express shipping is 1–2 business days and costs $24.50. Express orders placed after 1:00pm ET ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates are business days and exclude weekends and federal holidays. They begin when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

Orders placed before 1:00pm ET on a business day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, dispatch the next business day.

If an item in your order is delayed we ship everything else immediately and follow with the remainder at no extra cost. You are never charged twice for shipping because of a split we caused.

Every order ships with a tracking number from a carrier that provides online tracking and delivery confirmation. The number is emailed to you when the label is scanned and can also be looked up on our order status page.

If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, contact us — we will open a carrier trace and, if the parcel cannot be located, reship or refund without waiting for the carrier's investigation to conclude.

If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not with you, check with neighbours and your building's mail room first, then contact us within 7 days. We will reship or refund.

We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If an address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately — before dispatch we can correct it free of charge.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States and do not export internationally. Orders cannot be placed for delivery to freight forwarders for onward export.

Oversized items — currently the Meridian Check-In 72 and the Umbra 55 — carry a carrier surcharge to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. The surcharge is shown at checkout before you pay, never added afterwards.

We do not ship to any destination subject to United States trade sanctions or embargo, and we do not process orders that would breach US export control law.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is shown before you pay. All prices and charges are in US Dollars.
