NOX Supply sells luggage, bags and leather goods directly to consumers in the United States through this website. Our customer service contact details are published in the footer of every page and on our contact page.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including net contents, active concentrations and the full ingredient declaration. Ingredient lists are subject to change; the declaration on the carton you receive is authoritative.

Leather is a natural material. Colour, grain and marking vary between hides and between production batches, and every leather piece darkens with light and handling. Photographs show a representative example, not the exact piece you will receive. Variation within that range is not a fault; a piece that falls outside it is, and we will replace it.

Capacity figures are measured internal volume and dimensions are external, including hardware. Airline carry-on allowances are set by the carrier, change without notice, and are enforced at the gate — where a product page states that a case clears a given allowance, that is accurate at the date of publication and is not a guarantee that any particular airline will accept it.

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout is the total you will be charged.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the order. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or the order fails our fraud checks — we will cancel it and refund you in full.

This is a one-time purchase. We do not operate a subscription, auto-ship or membership programme and will not charge you again without a new order placed by you.

Charges appear on your statement as "NOX SUP".

Our refunds and returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to test stolen card numbers, to scrape content at a volume that degrades service for others, or to resell our products without a written distribution agreement.

We may cancel any order and refuse future orders where we reasonably believe this has occurred.

The NOX name, product names, model codes, copy, imagery and site design are our property. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top.
