About this piece
The care instruction on every leather product here says the same thing: condition it twice a year with a neutral cream. This is that cream, plus the cloth to put it on with.
Neutral and uncoloured, so one tin covers Black, Dark Oak and Oxblood without shifting any of them. Fifty millilitres is about three years on one bag, because the correct dose is a fingernail's worth and most people use far too much.
You do not have to buy ours. Any neutral leather cream from a shoe shop does the same job, and we would rather say that than imply the warranty depends on it. It does not.

- 1Test on the base of the bag first, as with any conditioner.
- 2Wash the cloth on its own. Do not put it in with clothing.
Stitching and hardware are covered for 10 years from delivery against failure in normal use. Wear, patina, darkening and surface marks are not faults and are not covered — they are what the material does. Repairs outside the warranty are quoted before any work starts.
