About this piece
The Sentry 22 is built around one problem: a pack that is comfortable empty is usually miserable loaded. The harness is contoured 8 mm EVA with load-lifters and the back panel has two vertical air channels. At 20 lb it still carries square.
The laptop wall is suspended — the sleeve stops an inch above the base of the bag, so setting the pack down hard does not transmit into the machine. It takes up to a 16-inch laptop, with a separate tablet slip behind it.
Outside there is a tricot-lined quick-access pocket for glasses or a phone, two stretch side pockets that take a 1 L bottle, and a luggage pass-through so it rides on a case handle. The shell is 840D ballistic nylon with a DWR finish that sheds a shower; it is not a dry bag, and neither is anything else with an exposed zip.

Care & repair
- 1Sponge with mild soap and cool water. Air-dry.

Stitching and hardware are covered for 10 years from delivery against failure in normal use. Wear, patina, darkening and surface marks are not faults and are not covered — they are what the material does. Repairs outside the warranty are quoted before any work starts.
