About this piece
A tracker dangling from an external handle is the first thing removed from a stolen bag. This sleeve clips to an internal D-ring instead — inside the lining, where it is not visible and not quick to find.

The seam is stitched rather than snapped, so it will not shake open in a hold. Changing a battery means slipping the tracker out of the mouth, which is deliberate friction.
